Walk-ins

We will do our best to accommodate our clients who walk into the spa without an appointment. However, we strongly recommend you to schedule an appointment

Appointments, lateness, and cancellation

Appointments can be scheduled over the phone by calling (713) 485-4044 Alternatively, you may book appointments online using our www.thaiwellnesstx.com We do not accept appointments by email at this time.

Our hours of operation are 10am to 9pm daily. The last 1-hour session on any given day starts at 8pm and ends at 9pm.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Late arrivals will only receive the remainder of their scheduled session. Cancellations or rescheduling require 2-hour notice for any singular appointments or service. Parties of 3 or more, cancellations or rescheduling require 12-hour notice.

Cancellations or failure to arrive for the appointment will result in the full charge of scheduled services.

If you are not satisfied with the therapist during the first 15 minutes of your massage, you have the right to step out without paying. After 15 minutes, you must pay the full amount.

Payment

We accept cash and all major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Personal checks are not accepted.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates do not guarantee a specific date or time. Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are not refundable or redeemable for cash. Lost or missing gift certificates will not be replaced.
